JobLookup’s Bitesize Guide to ATS and Job Multiposting
What is Multiposting?
Multiposting refers to sending one job post to multiple different job boards, and even social media platforms. This is possible through the use of ATS (more on this later), which makes managing multiple posts across numerous different boards much easier.
Why Multipost?
The more job boards your roles appear on, the more candidates you’ll reach. Having this level of exposure can be invaluable in helping to fill vacancies quickly, and with the right applicants. If you’re planning on multiposting your job role, then making sure you get the initial job post right is more important than ever (read our guide on creating engaging job posts to find out more).
The more job boards and social sites you want to post on, however, the more time you’ll need to devote to managing these posts. This is where using an ATS comes in.
What is ATS?
ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System. There are a number of ATS providers out there, and each one is generally designed to help you manage multiple job posts without having to log in to each site separately. Most ATS packages will let you manage multiple applicants’ details as well, including CVs, taking the hard work out of going through each CV yourself, one at a time. JobLookup supports ATS systems.
How to use your ATS with JobLookup
We’ve made it as easy as possible to use your ATS with JobLookup. We might already be linked to the system you use, in which case all you need to do is generate your unique hash id by signing in to your account, and heading to account settings. Check our Employer FAQ page for more info on how to generate your hash.
If your ATS isn’t currently linked with us, then all you need to do is send a request to your software provider to connect with JobLookup. The best way to do this is by providing them with our API information along with your request. You can find out more about linking your ATS here.
If you haven’t already, then make sure to register with us today – you can get job posting and candidate hunting within a matter of minutes.
