How Much does It Cost to Post an Ad?

Absolutely nothing - employers and recruiters can post jobs ads with us and use our service completely free. To post an ad just follow these steps:

Click on the login or register button at the top of the screen (forgotten your password? Follow the link).
Click on 'Post Job' icon from the account dashboard.
Fill in the required information.
Click 'Save Draft' to save your progress (the draft will be saved under 'Inactive Jobs').
Click 'Post Job' to make your advert live.

How do I Register?

Click on this link to reach our registration form.
Enter an email and password.
Wait for our verification email, then click on the link provided to verify your account.
Set up your company name and logo.

How do I Change My Details?

You can change your details any time using the following steps:

Login to your account (or follow this link if you've forgotten your password).
Click on 'Account Settings' on the left hand panel.
From here you can change your email address, company name, company logo, and ATS settings
Click update/change as required.

I’ve Forgotten My Password

Accepted Answer

No problem. Resetting your password is quick and easy.

Click here if you've forgotten your password, and we’ll email you a link to reset it.
Click on the link in the email you receive from us.
Reset your password.

Make sure to keep an eye on your spam folder, as our password reset emails sometimes wander in there by mistake. If you’re still having trouble logging in, then contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help

Does JobLookup Support ATS?

We certainly do. If you want to use multiple job boards then:

Login to your account (login problems? Reset your password by clicking here).
Go to 'account settings' and scroll down until you see 'ATS Settings'.
Click on 'Generate Hash Key'.

You now have a secure way to post across multiple job boards. If you encounter any problems, then don’t hesitate to get in touch and get some help from our team.

How do I Post a Job?

You can post your latest roles (for free) by following these straightforward steps:

Click on the login or register buttons (click here if you're having password problems).
Click on 'Post Job' icon from the account dashboard.
Next, fill in the required information, including job title, location, and salary.
Click 'Save Draft' to save your progress (the draft will be saved under 'Inactive Jobs').

Click 'Post Job' to make your job advert live.

Where Can I See All My Active Job Posts?

You can find all your job posts easily by following these steps:

Login to your account (if you’re having trouble logging in, click here to reset your password).
Click on 'Live Jobs' icon or the ‘Live Jobs’ button on the sidebar.
All live posts made by you will now be visible.

There’s no limit on job posts at JobLookup, so you can advertise as many roles as you need, all for free. If your posts aren’t displaying, or you have any other issues, contact us any time for additional help and support.

Question 8

Where Can I See My Job Posting History?

You can see all the job posts you’ve made with your account at any time, just:

Login to your account (click here if you've forgotten your password).
Click on the ‘View Inactive Jobs’ icon while at the dashboard, or the 'Inactive Jobs' button on the left hand panel.
Browse your complete job posting history.

You’ll also find any job advert drafts saved under ‘Inactive Jobs’. You can edit these and set them to go live at any time. If you’re having difficulty posting jobs for any reason, or have any other queries, please get in touch, and we’ll do everything we can to help.

How do I Add or Change My Company Information?

Accepted Answer

You can easily change your company name (and add/alter a logo to appear next to your job posts), whenever you like, by following these steps:

Follow this link to login to your account. Alternatelvey follow this link if you’re having password trouble.
Click on the 'Account Settings' icon, or the 'Account Settings' button on the left hand panel.
Enter your company name in the 'Company Name' text field.
Click 'Update'.
