Job title: MIS Officer Location: London Salary: £22,500-£25k Depending on experience and qualifications Location: Various locations: Around London Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with some flexibility The role of MIS Audit/Quality Officer will require the successful candidate to work closely with a variety of curriculum and recruitment areas throughout the organisation.
Key Roles and responsibilities Responsible for assisting the office in a range of duties, ensuring that our administrative systems are continuously developed, and all data is stored in an orderly and secure manner.
You will have experience in Quality, validation and accuracy of Traineeship, Classroom and Workplace Learning data.
Experience of data collection, management, analysis and reporting along with excellent administrative, organisational and IT Skills.
Experience of accurately producing documents and materials under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential It is essential that the officer/s possesses excellent interpersonal skills, is technically adept, has high standards, an experienced organiser, has a good understanding of post-16 curriculum and has the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and technologies.
Work with the MIS Manager to ensure that all financial and quality data returns to the ESFA/GLA/LA and any other bodies are timely and accurate To create regular Individual Learner Records (ILR), removing errors and inconsistencies.
To ensure that the MIS function of the organisation are providing a high quality, customer-focused service.
Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of ESFA/GLA/ESF funding methodologies and data requirements.
To provide a high quality and efficient Partnership and Delivery Organisation Assurance service to ensure the successful delivery of MI’s delivery programme aims and objectives, including project delivery milestones, outputs, and outcomes Able to provide high quality customer service to all service users.
Qualifications: ESF, ESFA, GLA and other Funding ESFA/PICs, FIS/DSAT and Other systems Project compliance issues/audit etc.
Thorough understanding of current skills policy, FE Learner Responsive and Adult Single Budget and other relevant funding methodologies Setting up and maintaining productive office environment Traineeship and Student Loan Funding Skills Required Demonstrate high level technical IT skills with at least 2 years experience of working with complex databases, including the ability to extract information and write reports using etc.
Ability to support team, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet targets and quality standards Proficient in SQL, MS Access and MS Office Suite.
Maintain systems and processes for managing and monitoring delivery Extracting, manipulating and meaningful reporting of data from client systems Minute taking, action planning and administration of delivery Team activities Client Management System (PICs)/DSAT/FIS software Workforce Office Appointments team fill hundreds of temporary, temp to perm and permanent vacancies throughout Worcestershire and South Birmingham every Year.
