A Global Marktech organisation is looking for a HEAD OF SALES/SALES DIRECTOR paying £75k-£100k OTE £180K. This brand has grown over the pandemic, they have continued to grow, hire and work during this period – which is fantastic! Role is based in the SOUTH COAST so please be open to travel 4 times a week to be office based.

This business moves so fast… you must spin many plates. When the board or CEO has an idea… the business does not spend days thinking of a strategy around the idea… they get on with it and it is implemented.
What are we looking for? *VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING*
*You must have B2B Management experience
*You must have managed a high performing Sales Team that is NOT A CALL CENTRE – We are not looking for Call Centre Manager
*We are after someone who can work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
*Do you have Technology experience or Martech experience?
*We are after someone who has managed a large sales team
*If you have managed a Field Sales Team… we are more interested in what you have achieved managing a high performing internal sales team, as these sales professionals are earning £100k+
*You MUST be open to travelling to the South Coast 4 times a week & be office based
*You must have the gravitas to manage a team of 55+
*Proven track record in managing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-orientated B2B Sales Team
*Excellent questioning, qualification and closing skills
*A strong hands on manager who is able to coach and train their sales team
*Skilful objection handling techniques and ability to operate at all levels in an organisation
*Strong communication skills, notably being able to explain value propositions to identified key decision-makers
*Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
*Knowledge of MS-Office tools, principally Outlook, PPT, Word and Excel.
*Results-driven and competitive in a team-working environment
*A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
*Highly organised with attention to detail
*Excellent written and spoken English language skills
*Proven track record of success
