Job Title: Compliance and Management Information Co Ordinator Reporting to: Operations Director Location: Base office- London.
some home work at the current time Responsibilities: Support the monthly claims process for ESFA public funded programs Provide regular quantitative and qualitative reports to the board highlighting any anticipated risk areas Provide reports to show learners on program, status and forecasted success rates Reconcile ILR data and financial reports highlighting discrepancies Support the checking of learner paperwork in line with ESFA funding rules Put forward proposals for improvements to the services provided Ensure compliance with audit, legal, contract and funder requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement cycle.
Essential Skills & Knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Experience of funded learning post 16+ Knowledge of ESFA claiming process, Bravo etc Experience of using CRM systems e.g.
PICS, Maytas High level of accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of different types of funding.
Ability to understand complex funding rules and guidance and explain to others Desirable Skills & Knowledge Understanding of Ofsted and Inspection framework.
Experience of quality standards Experience of e-portfolios.
