Admin Support - Homebased

The successful candidate will provide a variety of support and assistance to internal departments of a market leading gaming company based in Central London This is a homebased role Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
* Floating department role
* Work within the virtual team environment to provide heavy support accross all aspects of the business when called upon
* Duties include data entry, invoicing, delivery management, diary management and any other admin related duty accross departments
* Assist in the virtual weekly management meeting by taking and distibuting notes
* Help manage internal expenses in accordance with systems in place and link into finance department
* Maintain continual communication with virtual team to ensure work flow is maintained and both internally and externally
* Pa rticipate in special projects or training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities
* 1-3 years of customer service experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Good collaborative and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Detail oriented with strong organisational and task management skills
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to work with diverse workforce and customer base
* Proficient in Microsoft Office This is a virtual role and would suit a virtual PA who is looking for a new challenge
